Terms and Conditions of Service

​1. Definitions

​“Company” means Cleansphere Services Pty Ltd trading as Clean Doc.

​“Client” means the person or entity engaging the Company for cleaning services.

​“Services” means any cleaning or related services provided by the Company.

​2. Quotation and Pricing

​Basis of Quote: All quotations are based on the information provided by the Client.

​Fixed-Rate Policy: Prices are fixed-rate for the agreed scope of work, not based on time spent.

​Scope Changes: If the condition, size, or scope of the job is materially different from what was described, the Company reserves the right to revise the price.

​Taxes: All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

​3. Scope of Work

​Services will be performed according to the agreed scope in the quotation or service agreement.

​Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be treated as an additional service and charged accordingly.

​4. Access and Safety

​Site Access: The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled time.

​Safe Environment: The Client must ensure the site is safe and free of hazards.

​Right of Refusal: The Company may refuse to perform services if conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous.

​5. Payment Terms

​Due Date: Payment must be made in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice or agreement.

​Non-Payment: Late payments may result in the immediate suspension of service.

​Recovery Costs: The Company reserves the right to charge debt collection and recovery costs for overdue accounts.

​6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Lockouts

​Notice Required: For regular services, at least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.

​Late Fees: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or instances where cleaners cannot access the premises (lockouts), may be charged up to the full service fee.

Company-Initiated Rescheduling:

In the event that the Company is unable to attend the scheduled service due to circumstances such as staff illness, subcontractor unavailability, vehicle breakdown, emergencies, or other operational issues, the Company reserves the right to reschedule the service to the next available date.

Such rescheduling does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle the Client to a refund or credit.

​7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints

​24-Hour Window: If the Client is not satisfied, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of the service.

​Remedy: The Company will arrange a re-clean of the affected area where reasonable. No refunds are provided after work is completed.

​8. Damage and Liability

​Reasonable Care: The Company is not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or damage to fragile/unsecured items.

​Reporting: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.

​Limitation: The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or re-cleaning only.

9. Subcontractors

​Right to Subcontract: The Company reserves the right to assign, delegate, or subcontract any portion of the Services to a third-party subcontractor.

​Responsibility: In the event that a subcontractor is used, the Company remains responsible for the overall quality and delivery of the Services as per this agreement.

​Standards: All subcontractors engaged by the Company are required to meet the Company’s quality standards and insurance requirements.

​10. Non-Solicitation

​The Client agrees not to directly hire or engage the Company’s staff or subcontractors during the service period and for 12 months after termination without express written consent.

​11. Termination

​Either party may terminate regular services by providing 14 days’ written notice.

​12. Force Majeure and Governing Law

​Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control (weather, accidents, etc.).

​Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

​13. Acceptance

​By accepting a quotation, paying an invoice, or allowing services to proceed, the Client is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
